DACQS Help Topics

The DACQS Workflow

The DACQS platform is founded in an efficient and straightforward workflow that is geared to make sense and guide you through the process of acquiring responses from your Participants.

The basic DACQS workflow is as follows:

  1. The Super User creates Administrators
  2. Administrators create Participants
  3. Administrators organize Participants into Groups
  4. Administrators create Evaluations
  5. Administrators create Reports to process and display the Evaluation responses from Participants
  6. Administrators create Campaigns and Reporting Periods
    • Campaigns contain related Reporting Periods
    • Reporting Periods define which Participants receive which Evaluations and when they receive them
    • Administrators Invite the Participants to respond to the Evaluations
  7. Administrators share Reports of the Participants' responses

Logging In

Secure Sign In

Use your email address and password to sign into the DACQS platform.

When your Administrator account is first created by the Super User, you will receive a welcome email with instructions for setting your password for the first time.

Forgot Password

In the event that you have forgotten your password, click the "I Forgot My Password" link and the system will prompt you for your email address. Enter your email address that is associated with your DACQS account and the system will email you a temporary password. Upon logging in with your temporary password, the system will prompt you for you to reset your password.

You will have one hour to log back in using your email address and the provided temporary password. If you do not log back in within one hour, the temporary password will expire, and you will have to reset your password again, following the above steps.

Reset Password

When you log in with your email address and your provided temporary password, you will be prompted to reset your password to a password of your own personal choice.

When creating your new password, be sure to follow the password requirements:

  • Must be 8 to 12 characters in length
  • Include lowercase and uppercase letters
  • Include numbers
  • Include at least one of the following special characters !@#$%^&*()?_~

Once you have successfully reset your password, you will be prompted to log back in using your email address and your newly created password.

For security purposes, you will have one hour to finalize the reset of your password or you will have to reset it again.

User Management

Users - Super User, Administrators, and Participants

Within the DACQS platform, the term "User" means someone who either administrates your DACQS platform (the Super User and Administrators), or someone who is invited to participate in non-anonymous Evaluations (a Participants). All Users within the DACQS platform are assigned a unique ID.

All Administrators within your DACQS platform have the same level of permission, and therefore can see all of the same content within your organization's DACQS platform.

There are three types of User roles within DACQS:

  1. Super User - this is the highest level administrator for your DACQS platform. Typically, this is the first individual identified to operate as a DACQS administrator and is set up for you during your initial client setup by the DACQS team.
  2. Administrators - anyone identified by the Super User who will have login access to the admin area of your DACQS platform and the ability to work within the DACQS workflow. All administrators have the same level of access, and can see all of the data within your DACQS platform.
  3. Participants - anyone identified by the Super User who will be invited to participant in non-anonymous Evaluations. Participants do not have access to the admin area of your DACQS platform.

The Add/Edit/Delete Users Screen

The Add/Edit/Delete Users screen is where the Super User and Administrators perform most User-related functions. As the name implies, from this screen, Users (both Administrators and Participants) can be added, edited, and deleted from your DACQS platform.

The Users Grid
The Users Grid, just like all the grids within the DACQS platform, can be searched and sorted to allow you to easily find the user(s) you are looking for. The User grid also features unique functionality that makes working with Users more efficient for you.

The Users Grid features the following columns:

  • User Id - The user's unique DACQS platform ID.
  • First Name - The user's first name.
  • Last Name - The user's last name.
  • Email - The user's email address.
  • Organization - The user's organization.
  • Groups - All Groups (and their IDs) that the user is a part of.
  • Role - The user's role (Super User, Admin, or Participant).
  • Active - The user's active status (Yes or No).
  • Date Created - The date the User was created within the DACQS platform.
  • Admin Created - The name of the Administrator that created the User.
  • Reset Password - Button to reset the Super User's or Administrator's password (see below).
  • Actions - Buttons to edit or delete the User (see below).

Searching the Users Grid
You can use the search field to search for a specific word or phrase found within the FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, ORGANIZATION, and GROUPS columns. To perform a search enter the word or phrase in the search field and then press the enter key or click the magnifying glass icon. The Users Grid will then be filtered based on if the word or phrase was found. To clear the search criteria, delete the word or phrase from the search field and press the enter key or click the magnifying glass icon again.

Paging the Users Grid
You can limit the number of rows the Users Grid displays by choosing a desired number from the Row Count menu. Depending on how many total Users are within your DACQS platform and how many rows you choose to display, the number of pages will adjust accordingly. You can go to different pages by using the page buttons to go to a specific page, go forward or backward one page, or go to the absolute first or last page.

The Row Count menu is set to 25 rows by default.

Choosing ALL from the Row Count menu will display all Users no matter how many there are total. Depending on the total number of Users within your DACQS platform and the speed of your computer and network connection, this could take several minutes and make your browser unresponsive.

Sorting the Users Grid
The USER ID, FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL, ORGANIZATION, GROUPS, ROLE, ACTIVE, DATE CREATED, and ADMIN CREATED columns can all be sorted either ascending or descending. Click the arrows next to the column name and the arrows will change according to how the column is currently being sorted. Only one column can be actively sorted at a time.

The Import/Export Users Screen

The Import/Export Users screen is where the Super User and Administrators perform batch User-related functions. As the name implies, from this screen, Participants can be imported into and exported from your DACQS platform (via .csv spreadsheet files).

Importing Participants
The Import Participants section of this screen allows you to import an existing .csv spreadsheet file of Participants into your DACQS platform. Importing Participants allows you to make bulk additions of new Participants and make bulk edits to existing Participants. In order to successfully import a .csv spreadsheet file of Participants, it is important that the spreadsheet file is formatted correctly and the columns and rows contain the correct data.

To import a .csv spreadsheet file of Participants, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Select File To Import button.
  2. Use the File Upload window to navigate your computer and choose the .csv spreadsheet file of Participants you wish to import.
  3. Click the Open button of the File Upload window once you have selected the desired .csv spreadsheet file of Participants.
    • The name of the .csv spreadsheet file should now appear next to the Select File To Import button.
  4. Click the Import Participant File button.

It is STRONGLY encouraged to either first export your Participants and make edits to that .csv spreadsheet file (in the case of making bulk edits). Or, use the dacqs_participant_accounts_import_template.csv template .csv spreadsheet file as a starting point (in the case of making bulk additions).

Only Participants can be imported into your DACQS platform. Administrators are excluded from this feature.

Rules to Follow When Importing Participants
The following are some easy-to-follow rules that will make importing Participants straightforward and efficient.

When making bulk additions of new Participants:

  1. Leave the Participant ID column empty - this is required.
    • The Participant ID column must be empty for all new Participants being added to your DACQS platform.

Report Management

Reports

Within the DACQS platform, reports are used to graphically communicate and display data acquired from your Participants' responses to your Evaluations. All Reports within the DACQS platform are assigned a unique ID.

Reports can be customized and designed to meet your organization's needs by tracking responses to your Evaluations and Campaigns through a number of different charts. This allows you to best share the data you have acquired.

Reports within the DACQS platform are LIVE; as soon as Participants start responding to questions, the data will automatically begin to be acquired and the Reports will automatically populate. This easily gives you the ability to save Reports at specific time intervals to do very straightforward data comparisons.

The Add/Edit/Delete Reports Screen

The Add/Edit/Delete Reports screen is where the Super User and Administrators perform most Reports-related functions. As the name implies, from this screen, Reports can be added, edited, and deleted from your DACQS platform.

The Reports Grid
The Reports Grid, just like all the grids within the DACQS platform, can be searched and sorted to allow you to easily find the Report you are looking for. The Reports Grid also features unique functionality that makes working with Reports more efficient for you.

The Reports Grid features the following columns:

  • Report Id - The report's unique DACQS platform ID.
  • Name - The report's name.
  • Description - The report's description.
  • Used With Evaluation - The Evaluation (and its ID) that is associated with the report.
  • Used With Campaigns - All Campaigns (and their IDs) that are associated with the report.
  • Active - The report's active status (Yes or No).
  • Date Created - The date the Report was created within the DACQS platform.
  • Admin Created - The name of the Administrator that created the Report.
  • Edit Report - Button to edit the various charts (bar, crosstab, etc) within the Report (see below).
  • Actions - Buttons to edit or delete the Report (see below).

Searching the Reports Grid
You can use the search field to search for a specific word or phrase found within the NAME, DESCRIPTION, USED WITH EVALUATIONS, and USED WITH CAMPAIGNS columns. To perform a search enter the word or phrase in the search field and then press the enter key or click the magnifying glass icon. The Reports Grid will then be filtered based on if the word or phrase was found. To clear the search criteria, delete the word or phrase from the search field and press the enter key or click the magnifying glass icon again.

Paging the Reports Grid
You can limit the number of rows the Reports Grid displays by choosing a desired number from the Row Count menu. Depending on how many total Reports are within your DACQS platform and how many rows you choose to display, the number of pages will adjust accordingly. Report Chart Types

As you create your Report charts, you will determine how the chart will appear within your Report using the various tabs and options presented to you within the Chart window.

One of the most important configurations for a Report chart is to choose its Chart Type. There are currently six (6) types of charts within the DACQS platform. And, from those six types of charts, dozens of different chart layouts can be created through the use of various options provided to you.

The chart types available are:

  • Bar
  • Bullet
  • Number
  • Reporting Period
  • Crosstab
  • Text List

Below you will find a list of tabs and options that are available to you within the Chart window for each chart type.

The DACQS platform will only present you the chart types that are compatible with the type of question you have chosen for the chart. For example, it will not allow you to choose a Number chart to represent the data from a Text Area question.

You can create multiple charts for the same one question within your Evaluations. For example, you could visualize the data of a specific question as both a Bar chart and as Crosstab chart to gain deeper understanding of the acquired data.

Bar Chart Type

Bar charts are among the most popular chart type within the DACQS platform as they offer a great way to visualize the number of Participants who selected each of the question choices provided. Bar charts represents each question choice on a scale of 0 to 100 percent, based on how many Participants choose that question choice. Each question choice is represented by a horizontal bar and displays how many Participants chose that question choice, its percentage in relation to the other question choices, and its total value (if the Input Field option was chosen for the question). If the Other option was chosen, a list of all Other entries will be displayed as well.

Reporting Periods

As a component of Campaigns, Reporting Periods are designed to manage a collection of Evaluations - and the Participants who respond to them - by date. Reporting Periods are the date ranges that the Evaluation is available for Participants to respond to.

Clever usage of Reporting Period date ranges allows you tremendous flexibility in both acquiring Evaluation data and reporting Evaluation data.

Reporting Periods allow you to easily manage the following preferences within your Campaigns:

  • Open Date - The first day Participants can begin submitting responses to your Evaluations.
  • Close Date - The last day Participants can submit responses to your Evaluations.
  • Evaluations - Which Evaluations do you want to invite your Participants to respond to.
  • Groups - Which Participants you want to invite to respond to your Evaluations.
  • Campaign Variables - Custom variables and values that can be displayed throughout an Evaluation.
  • Invite Email - The email that is sent to Participates to invite them to respond to your Evaluations.
  • Reminder Email - The email that is sent to Participates to remind them if they have not yet responded to your Evaluations.
  • Introduction Screen - Optionally display a screen before the Participant sees the Evaluation (often used for consent purposes).
  • Welcome Message - Optionally display a welcome message with the Evaluation (often used to provide an overview or instructions).
  • Header Image - Optionally display a custom image or logo in the header of the Evaluation (often used for branding purposes).

If your Campaign has multiple Reporting Periods, the above preferences can be individually customized for each Reporting Period.

Below you will find a list of tabs and preferences that are available to you within the Manage Reporting Period window for your Reporting Periods.

1) Choose Evaluations
The Choose Evaluations tab allows you to choose one or more Evaluations that your Participants will respond to. If you choose more than one Evaluation, each Evaluation will be displayed as a "page" within the Evaluation interface the Participants interact with.

  1. Click on the Choose Evaluations tab.
  2. Use the Evaluations Grid to select one or more Evaluations to be part of the Reporting Period.

The Campaign Variables tab allows you to assign one or more custom variables and values that you can use within various aspects of your Reporting Period.

  1. Click on the Campaign Variables tab.
  2. Enter a variable name in the left column.
  3. Enter a variable value in the corresponding right column.
  4. Click the plus sign button to add a new variable.
  5. Click the minus sign button to delete the desired variable.

There are six pre-defined Campaign Variables available within the DACQS platform:

  • {{firstname}} – displays the Participant's first name (not available in anonymous Reporting Periods).
  • {{lastname}} – displays the Participant's last name (not available in anonymous Reporting Periods).
  • {{organization}} – displays the Participant's organization (not available in anonymous Reporting Periods).
  • {{evallink}} – displays the hashed link to the Evaluation you want the Participant to complete.
  • {{opendate}} – displays the first date the Evaluation is available.
  • {{closedate}} – displays the last date the Evaluation is available.

The pre-defined Campaign Variables and the custom Campaign Variables can be used within the following areas:

  • Body of the Invite Email
  • Body of the Reminder Email
  • Introduction Screen
  • Welcome Message
  • Evaluation Header Elements
  • Evaluation Text Block Elements
  • Evaluation Question Elements - Question Text
  • Evaluation Question Elements - Question Choices

Campaign Variables can have many uses, as a simple example:

Instead of saying "Dear Participant," in the Invite Email you can personalize the message with the Participant's name (e.g. Sally Smith), by using the {{firstname}} and {{lastname}} Campaign Variables. By entering "Dear {{firstname}} {{lastname}}," the message will read "Dear Sally Smith,".

If you create a custom Campaign Variables called {{quarter}} and give it a value of "Q1", within your Evaluation you could have a Header that says, "{{quarter}} Survey of Employee Feedback", and it will appear to the Participant as "Q1 Survey of Employee Feedback". When the second quarter rolls around and you create a new Reporting Period, you can simply change the Campaign Variable value to "Q2" and the Evaluation will automatically update itself.

There is also a pre-defined custom Campaign Variable called {{evallinktext}}. If you create a custom Campaign Variables called "evallinktext" and give it a value of, for example, "Click Here to Fill Out Your Quarterly Response Form." You could then enter {{evallinktext}} into the Invite Email or Reminder Email and the Participant will see the text "Click Here to Fill Out Your Quarterly Response Form." that is a clickable link to their personalized Evaluation in their email (instead of seeing the basic clickable hashed link).

Remember that you MUST wrap pre-defined and custom Campaign Variables in double curly brackets, {{ and }} for them to work correctly. For example, {{firstname}}.

4) Invite Email
The Invite Email tab allows you to create the subject line and body text of the email that will be sent out to invite your Participants to the Evaluations.

  1. Click on the Invite Email tab.
  2. Enter the subject line text into the Invite Email Subject field.
  3. Enter the body text into the Invite Email Body field.
  4. Click the Send Test Invite Email button to receive a test copy of the Invite Email (all pre-defined and custom Campaign Variables will be substituted for their values, except for the {{evallink}} variable).

You may stylize your Invite Email with bold, italic, and underlined text. You may justify the text to be left, center, or right justified. You may create ordered and unordered lists within your Text Block elements. As well as insert links within your Text Block elements.

4) Reminder Email
The Reminder Email tab allows you to create the subject line and body text of the email that will be sent out to remind your Participants to submit their responses to the Evaluations.

  1. Click on the Reminder Email tab.
  2. Enter the subject line text into the Reminder Email Subject field.

You may stylize your Reminder Email with bold, italic, and underlined text. You may justify the text to be left, center, or right justified. You may create ordered and unordered lists within your Text Block elements. As well as insert links within your Text Block elements.

The Reminder Email tab is unavailable for anonymous Reporting Periods. Since the DACQS platform supports truly anonymous Evaluations, there is no way to track the status of anonymous Participants.

5) Introduction Screen
The Introduction Screen appears before the Participant is presented with their Evaluation(s). Sending Invite Emails

Non-Anonymous Participants
Once you have successfully set all the Reporting Period preferences, you can now send the Invite Email to your non-anonymous Participants, at your convenience.

To send Invite Emails to non-anonymous Participants, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Expand icon (triangle) in the Expand Reporting Periods column of the Campaigns Grid for the desired Campaign.
  2. Click the Send Invites button in the Invite Email column of the Reporting Periods table for the desired Reporting Period.
  3. Review the list of Participants that will be sent the Invite Email.
  4. Click the Send Invite Email button.

You may only send out Invite Emails once. However, if you assign additional Participants or Groups to the Evaluations from the Assign Groups tab of the Manage Reporting Period window, the DACQS platform will recognize this and only send Invite Emails to the new Participants.

Anonymous Participants
Once you have successfully set all the Reporting Period preferences, you can now generate the Invite Email to your anonymous Participants. Since the DACQS platform offers truly anonymous Evaluations, it does not send emails to or track anonymous Participants. Instead, the Invite Email will be generated and displayed to you where you can then copy/paste it and manually email it out via a third-party email application.

To generate the Invite Email for anonymous Participants, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Expand icon (triangle) in the Expand Reporting Periods column of the Campaigns Grid for the desired Campaign.
  2. Click the Generate Invite button in the Invite Email column of the Reporting Periods table for the desired Reporting Period.
  3. Copy and paste the Invite Email into your choice of a third-party email application.
  4. Send the third-party email list as desired.

Sending Reminder Emails

Non-Anonymous Participants
Once you have successfully set Invite Emails out to your non-anonymous Participants, you can now send Reminder emails, when it is appropriate.

To send Reminder Emails to non-anonymous Participants, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the Expand icon (triangle) in the Expand Reporting Periods column of the Campaigns Grid for the desired Campaign.
  2. Click the Send Reminders button in the Reminder Email column of the Reporting Periods table for the desired Reporting Period.
  3. Decide if you want to send Reminder Emails to ALL non-anonymous Participants or if you only want to send Reminder Emails to those Participants who have not yet submitted their responses.
  4. Click the appropriate Send button.

Anonymous Participants
Since the DACQS platform offers truly anonymous Evaluations, it does not track whether anonymous Participants have submitted their responses or not. Therefore, the ability to send Reminder Emails to anonymous Participants is not available.

Campaign Reports

Once your Participants start submitting their responses to your Evaluations, you can view the data using the Reports you created.

View Campaign Reports Screen

From the View Campaign Reports screen, you can generate custom Reports by filtering down from the Campaign level all the way down to the individual Participant level.

The Campaign Reports filters are dynamic and will only present you with choices that can generate a valid Report.

To generate a Campaign Report, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Campaign dropdown list, choose the Campaign you would like to start with.

The Report Viewer Screen presents you with the graphical Report that matches the filters you selected in the steps above.

Remember, Reports within the DACQS platform are LIVE; as soon as Participants start responding to questions, the data will automatically begin to be acquired and the Reports will automatically populate.

You can share the Reports with other members of your team by copying/pasting the URL of the Report Viewer Screen. The Report Viewer Screen will remain active as long as the related Campaign is not disabled or deleted.

Report Filters
The name and description of the current Report, as well as the filtered Campaign, Reporting Period(s), Survey, Report template, and Participant(s) that were chosen, are always displayed so that you can easily identify the Report and filters you are working with.

Print Report Button
Click this button to print the Report from the browser.

Please be aware that your print out of the Report will be formatted based on individual browser settings.

Save Report as PDF Button
Click this button to save the Report as a PDF document.

Close Report Viewer Button
Click this button to save the Report as a PDF document.

Raw CSV Download

The raw CSV download allows you to save the raw data in CSV spreadsheet format that matches the filters you selected in the steps above.

The CSV spreadsheet document contains the following columns:

  • Campaign ID
  • Campaign Name
  • Reporting Period ID
  • Reporting Period Open Date
  • Reporting Period Close Date
  • Participant ID
  • Participant Last Name
  • Participant First Name
  • Participant Email Address
  • Participant Email Organization
  • Question (question number in the Evaluation, question ID from the Evaluation Builder, and the question text)
  • Question Choices (each individual question choice has its own column)

Each row of the CSV spreadsheet document represents the acquired data that an individual Participant submitted for the Evaluation. If the generated Report consists of all Reporting Periods, Participants will have multiple rows of data (one row for each Reporting Period), if the submitted for each Reporting Periods.

Miscellaneous Campaign Tools

The Miscellaneous Campaign Tools currently allow you to send ad-hoc Invite Emails and Reminder Emails to Participants. This feature is useful if a Participant accidentally deletes an Invite Email, or if you want to send Reminder Emails to only specific Participants.

These tools should only be used after the official Invite Emails and Reminder Emails have been sent for the selected Reporting Period.

To send ad-hoc Invite Emails and Reminder Emails to Participants, complete the following steps:

  1. From the Campaign dropdown list, choose the Campaign you would like to start with.
  2. From the Reporting Periods dropdown list, choose the Reporting Period you would like to target.
  3. From the Participants dropdown list, choose the Participants you would like to send emails to.
    • All Participants - Choose this to send emails to all the Participants.
    • Groups - Choose this to send emails to all the Participants from within a specific Group.
    • Individual Users - Choose this to send an email to one individual Participants.
  4. Click the Send Invite Email to Participants button to send an Invite Email.
  5. Click the Send Reminder Email to Participants button to send a Reminder Email.

As a safety precaution, emails will only be sent to individuals who have already received official Invite Emails and Reminder Emails.

The DACQS Dashboard

The DACQS Dashboard screen is the first screen you see upon logging into the DACQS platform. You can also access the DACQS Dashboard screen by clicking on the DACQS logo in the upper left corner. Or, accessing the DACQS Dashboard screen from the system menu on the right side of the header.

There are currently three panels within the DACQS Dashboards to assist you and provide you information on your Evaluations, Campaigns, and Reporting Periods:

  • System Stats
  • Evaluations In Use
  • Campaigns and Reporting Periods

System Stats

The System Stats panel provides your Super User and Administrators a current snapshot of the DACQS platform:

  • Users
    • Total
    • Inactive
  • Groups
    • Total
    • Inactive
  • Evaluations
    • Total
    • Inactive
    • In Use
  • Reports
    • Total
    • Inactive
  • Campaigns
    • Total
    • Inactive
    • In Use

The Evaluations and Campaigns stats also provide the number of Evaluations that are current in use and the number of Campaigns that are currently in use; based on if they are currently part of an active Reporting Period (current date is in between the Reporting Period's Open Date and Close Date).

Evaluations In Use

The Evaluations In Use panel lists all Evaluations that are part of an active Reporting Period (current date is in between the Reporting Period's Open Date and Close Date).

For each Evaluation that is in use, the panel provides:

  • The name and system ID of the Evaluation.
  • The name and system ID of the active Campaign it is part of.
  • The Open Date and Close Date of the active Reporting Period it is part of.

For each Evaluation the panel breaks down the following Participant information in a graphical chart. The graphical chart gives you a quick overview of Participant responses versus total invites. Total Invites Sent represents 100% of the graphical chart and the rest of the statistics are graphically shown as a percentage of the Total Invites Sent.

  • Total Invites Sent
  • Total Participant Visits - The number of Participants that have clicked on the Evaluation link from the Invite Email.
  • Total Saved Evaluations - The number of Participants that have saved their Evaluation responses.
  • Total Submitted Evaluations - The number of Participants that have submitted their Evaluation responses.

Since the DACQS platform supports truly anonymous Evaluations, there is no way to track the status of anonymous Participants. Therefore, only total evaluation submissions are tracked, by design.

Campaigns and Reporting Periods

The Campaigns and Reporting Periods panel lists all of the Campaigns within the DACQS platform. Clicking the arrow to the left, will expand the Campaign and display all Reporting Periods within that Campaign.

For each Campaigns, the panel provides:

  • The name and system ID of the Campaign.
  • Whether the Campaign is part of an active Reporting Period or not.

When expanded, for each Reporting Period, the dashboard provides:

  • The Open Date of the Reporting Period.
  • The Close Date of the Reporting Period.
  • Whether the Reporting Period is in use or not (current date is in between the Reporting Period's Open Date and Close Date).
  • Whether the Reporting Period is anonymous or not.
  • The date the Invite Emails were sent - If sent, the date is a clickable link that will open a window listing all the Participants that were sent an Invite Email and the date the Invite Emails and Reminder Emails were sent.
  • Total number of Invite Emails sent.
  • Total number of Participants that have visited the Evaluation.
  • Total number of Participants that have saved their Evaluation responses - If saved, the number of saves is a clickable link that will open a window listing all the Participants and a break down of their visits, saves, and submissions.
  • Total number of Participants that have submitted their Evaluation responses - If submitted, the number of submissions is a clickable link that will open a window listing all the Participants and a break down of their visits, saves, and submissions.

Image Library

The Image Library allows you to efficiently manage your images within the DACQS platform. You can access the Image Library from the system menu on the right side of the header. Or, by clicking the Select Image From Library button found throughout the DACQS platform where images can be used (Evaluation Text Block elements, Evaluation Question elements, Evaluation Question element choices, Reporting Period headers, etc).

  • When dragging, you will see the words "Drop to Move" appear when the folder or image can be dropped.
  • Once dropped, the list of folders and images will update accordingly, in alphabetical order (folder first and images last).

Deleting Folders and Images

To delete a folder or an image from the Image Library, complete the following steps:

  1. Click the X in the upper right corner of the folder or image you would like to delete.
  2. Click the OK button to delete the folder or image.

Once deleted, the list of folders and images will update accordingly, in alphabetical order (folder first and images last).

Deleting a folder is recursive. Meaning, deleting a folder will delete ALL folders and ALL images within that folder.

Deleting a folder or image is permanent. Once deleted, if the image was used in your Evaluations or Campaigns, the image will no longer appear.
